OLYMPIC SPIRIT

Had a great Father`s day it was relaxing and my kids did me proud. In the evening did a telephone interview with BBC London with presenter Dotun Adebayo on Sunday show. It was a discussion about the Olympic`s and how black minorities missed out on the contracts to supply!!

Whats a shame that it will all be over by the end of August and only now we are bothered to stir up the establishment. Will UK see another Olympic`s!!!. Not in my life time.

As I said I had a great Sunday with my children and it will stick in my memroy as long as I live.
